What counts as a "sit" for billing purposes?
A sit is a confirmed, attended homeowner appointment — the homeowner is present and engaged when the installer arrives. The sit definition is clearly documented in the partner agreement to prevent disputes. No-shows do not count.
Is there a minimum ad spend requirement?
We recommend a minimum of $1,000–$1,500 per month in ad spend to see meaningful lead volume. We'll tell you clearly what to expect at your budget level before you commit.
Who manages the ad campaigns — me or Ehome?
Ehome manages and operates the Ehome Ad Manager on your behalf. You own your ad spend and see your results. Think of us as your in-house media team. You do not need any advertising expertise.
Does the homeowner ever know it's Ehome on the line?
Never. The setter always answers as your business name. The homeowner's entire experience — calls, texts, confirmations — is branded as your company. Ehome is infrastructure. Your customers never hear our name.
Are these month-to-month or long-term contracts?
Month-to-month. We don't lock partners into long-term contracts. The goal is to keep you because the results justify staying, not because you're contractually stuck.
